If Surfrider Foundation Europe is going to succeed in protecting the coastline, its going to be through our local branches. They bring together all sorts of ocean and coastline enthusiasts including: surfers, hikers, fishermen, coastal residents as well as ocean loving city slickers who have all decided to do something to help protect our environment by joining a chapter branch! Across Europe, our volunteers are involved in loads of different ways... hosting awareness events at schools, attending local meetings and events, reporting pollution and  appealing against coastal construction developments.

This community of volunteers is the life of our association. Its what gives Surfrider its energy and passion, skills, contacts, time, local presence and finance to help meet our goals.
