Surfrider Foundation Europe is dedicated to the protection and sustainable development of the ocean, the waves and the coastline. This is why we have put in place a coastal surveillance network, lead by our "Surfrider Coast Guards", to monitor the condition of of our beaches and act locally to combat the pollution and destruction of the coastline.

You do not know the identity of the alleged pollutor?
Please give us your testimony
If your information relates to the stranding of waste (metal, wood, plastic, dead animals…), hydrocarbons (oil cans, oil slick…), the presence of foams/scums or the closure of a beach for whatever reason AND the perpetrator is unknown, go to the "testimony" category. This information is added to our database and supports our demands for increased attention to be paid to these problems.

Please compile a "Surfrider Coast Guard's" report
If your information relates to all types of pollution: the stranding of waste (metal, wood, plastic, dead animals…), hydrocarbons (oil cans, oil slick…), the presence of foams/scums or the closure of a beach or a coastal area for whatever reason AND the perpetrator is known, go to the "Surfrider Cost Guard" category.
Our "Surfrider Coast Guard" victories depend predominantly on a strong local support. To this end we prioritise cases filed by our members.
