The 17th of november will stay in people’s  mind because of an impressive green algae beaching. Indeed , the storm of the last week end is the cause of this phenomenom on the beach named « le Moulin Blanc », in Brest (Brittany).

« Not surprising » for the specialists but exceptionnal for the local people whose daily go to that beach.

More precisions are necessary…Those green algae belong to a stock which is under the surface of the water. This stock exist thanks to special conditions of light and calm. This strong storm just pushed and moved those green algae on the sand of the beach.

Some environnemental associations are mobilised and complained together against X for putting in jeopardy the welfare of the personns. This is a process that we often observe in Brittany about this problem of green algae. But, it’s important to know that the State is the only one who could regulate the farm activities, responsible of that kind of pollution.
