It is with heavy hearts that we share today about the passing of our dear friend Jacques Beall.
A founding member and Vice-President of Surfrider Europe, Jacques was a brilliant, enlightened and tireless fighter for the protection of the ocean and this community which he loved so much.
To know Jacques was to enjoy endless conversations about how we can improve and build a better world, but today, as Jacques leaves us to surf his final wave, there are no words to accurately describe the sadness of this loss. We are forever grateful for the times we shared with Jacques and his lasting contributions to the organization.
